Mind Controlled By The Dalmatian

by Amber FoxxFire

It was a stormy night. Lightning crackled, thunder boomed, and the wind howled. And there was me, curled under the covers, scared shitless.

Then it happened.

I heard a strange whining noise coming from the back door. It sounded like a dog.

I threw back the covers and crept towards the door. As soon as I opened it, a big, black-and-white Dalmatian bounded into the room, panting with excitement.

It was a stormy night. Lightning crackled, thunder boomed, and the wind howled. And there was me, curled up under the covers, scared out of my mind.

That's when it happened.

I heard a strange whining noise coming from the back door. It sounded like a dog.

I threw back the covers and crept towards the door. As soon as I opened it, a big, black-and-white Dalmatian bounded into the room, panting with excitement.

He was the most beautiful dog I had ever seen. His coat was smooth and shiny, and his eyes were bright and alert.

But there was something different about him. Something I couldn't quite put my paw on.

He seemed to be able to understand what I was saying. When I said, "Good boy," he would wag his tail and grin at me. And when I patted his head, he would lean into my hand and moan in pleasure.

But the strangest thing about him was that whenever he wanted something, he would bark at me and point at it. Except the barking wasn't in my ears, it was in my mind. And he wouldn't so much as point at it as indicate to it with his thoughts.

"You want me to open the fridge?" I asked, somehow knowing that was exactly what he wanted.

He nodded, and so I did.

"Wow, that's a lot of food! What would you like? A sandwich? Some leftover chicken? Or how about a nice sausage?"

"Are you kidding?" He barked back, his voice clear and distinct inside my mind. "Those things are disgusting. I want the real deal!"

"You want steak? Or lamb chops? Or maybe some bacon?"

"None of the above." He replied, his tone becoming more demanding. "I want the finest cuts of meat money can buy. The juiciest, freshest, tastiest meat, cooked to perfection, and served with a side of chips and peas."

I was stunned. How could a dog have such high-falutin' standards?
